“The prettiest eyes sparkle from the inside out.” ~ Atticus // I just got my new glasses today (Thanks again to Vera Wang and her A-fit frames 🤓), and I got to thinking - I’ve been wearing glasses since I was 8 or 9 years old, and I get new frames, on average, every 2 years, which means these new ones are probably my 16th pair! Glasses help me see, yes, but they’ve also become a part of my persona, an identifier in profiling, and I love it. The toughest part of wearing glasses, though? Trying not to hide my sparkle behind them ✨

Not many can say they’ve known someone for 36 years, but check us out, Bobbers - not only lifelong friends, but FAMILY. Before you became wife to my cousin or mommy to my niece and nephew, you were my childhood gal pal and high school buddy, and I’ll always be grateful that I get to be part of your world. Happy birthday, my twin!!! #bobbersandbanana

Over the past few years, I’ve been paying closer attention to repeated encounters - with thoughts, with feelings, and especially with words (my “buzzwords,” Tam calls them 😆). These past few months, I’ve mentioned INTENTION and GRACE, and lately, the word I keep hearing and seeing is HEALING. Healing, for everyone, is a process, and you pray for it hardest when it feels most impossible to attain. The last few years, I’ve just gone about my days, taking small steps to feel better than I did the day before, and it wasn’t until I saw my healing through someone else’s that I realized it had even happened the way it did. Sometimes we focus so hard on the pain that caused the scars, we don’t notice the graces that were mending the wounds ❤️ #HEALING

We always hear about having to “let go” of things, of people, of situations that no longer bring joy to our lives. But what about holding on to those that do? 💞 Whatever the weekend brings, I hope you discover new joys to wrap your arms around 💕

I've been at my company for 13 1/2 years, have held 5 different titles, reported to three different bosses and have had to say good-bye to many former colleagues. SAGE has changed, I've changed, but the one thing remains, and that's how grateful I am for the people I get to work with, report to, support and just plain ol' love. This week we got to mix lots of business with lots of pleasure, because that's how CommSales rolls =)
